Medical Receptionist - Glasgow, United Kingdom - Battlefield Surgery

Description

We have a vacancy for a Medical Receptionist at Battlefield Surgery. We are looking for a competent and reliable individual to join our friendly team. Experience in an administrative role in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Familiarity with Vision and Docman would be advantageous however training will be given. The ideal applicant must be able to multitask and prioritise their workload effectively. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a polite, friendly and helpful approach. Good IT skills and attention to detail are important.
Flexibility is required to cover other colleague's days off.

Hours are 12 per week as follows. Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 10am til 2pm.

Surgery is open between 8.30am to 6pm.

Salary will be dependent on experience.
