A FinTech scale-up is looking to bring in a Head of Insights to lead the teams and drive growth


THE COMPANY
This is an exciting FinTech scale-up, currently experiencing rapid growth. Helping customers save and invest, this company is providing multiple products to its customers.


THE ROLE
As the Head of Marketing Analytics in this company, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of data professionals
  • Define the strategy for the team
  • Grow and scale the team where needed
  • Lead on specific marketing analytics projects

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Head of Marketing Analytics will have the following skills and experience:

  • Extensive marketing analytics experience
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience working with a data visualisation tool
  • Understanding of the app development process
  • Exposure to Python or R
  • Managerial experience

THE BENEFITS
The successful Head of Marketing Analytics will receive a salary of between £110,000 and £130,000
