Trainee Mortgage Adviser
Location - London, Kingsway and remote working
Salary - £22,000 + monthly bonus - OTE £25,000 pa
Hours - Full time
Due to significant business growth an opportunity has arisen to join a high-net-worth Mortgage & Financial Planning practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a
Graduate who wants to work directly with high-net-worth clients in a fast-growing business and develop a career into becoming either a Mortgage or Financial Adviser.
Initially you will undertake all the administrative responsibilities of the role, and will be exposed to a wide range of interesting and varied mortgage cases for high-net-worth clients and introducers.
As our Trainee Mortgage Adviser, you will have the opportunity to substantially increase your earning potential as you develop your knowledge and undertake more complex cases within the role.
You will be following a comprehensive training programme that will take around three years to complete, and to enable you to achieve fully qualified Mortgage Adviser status.
There is further career progression to become a Qualified Financial Adviser, supported by the Practice.
There will also be the requirement to work from the office in a hybrid working pattern in the future, when living within commuting distance to London will be essential.
Trainee Mortgage Adviser key responsibilities include:
- Obtain all relevant information and collate paperwork correctly and compliantly
- Prepare client files
- Progressing client mortgage cases through to completion
- Maintain regular contact with clients on key milestones in the process
- Liaising with clients, Introducers and Lenders.
- Maintaining compliant processes
- Diary management of pipeline cases using 360 software
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Obtain Google reviews
