Description

RW Dorsets manufacture bespoke performance doorsets in a very specialised industry.

This is a great opportunity to learn and develop estimating and sales skills. You will start a two year development course alongside a mentor and trainer. The role will also be based in the sales office, in a dynamic and fun environment.

Working alongside the Senior Sales Estimators, you will review technical drawings and specifications to understand requirements and work with Sales and Estimating teams to create quote packages for customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the preparation, submission and delivery of job proposals and estimates.
Assist with the development and administration of quotations and budgets, ensuring that work is costed precisely and accurately as per technical requirements.
Assist in the review of proposed designs and drawings.
Support the sales team by providing accurate information, engaging with customers and supporting the management of key accounts as needed.
Support the office team, taking calls, administrating, performing general administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

Good communication skills
Good timekeeping and time management
The ability to work as part of a team, but also autonomously when required.
The ability to work methodically and accurately, calculating costing as required.
Strong Microsoft Office Skills for general administration.

RW Doorsets is the production facility of RW Joinery. With an output circa 500 fire certified timber doorsets per week, we target the construction bespoke doorset market.

Nationwide client base includes all disciplines including medical and healthcare, prestigious commercial and high volume such as student accommodation and high rise living.
