Due to an increased demand, OCC Computer Personnel are now looking for several organised, driven, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Resourcers.

OCC is a leading specialist IT recruitment company based in Nantwich, Cheshire.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Resourcing Consultant, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Accurately input and manage the state-of-the-art Bond Adapt Database.
  • A good telephone manner.
  • Liaising /sharing information with line manager.
  • To work quickly and methodically with a dedicated resilient manner.
  • Elements of the role can be repetitive but reworking previous searches and contacts only reinforce success.
  • Assist with the on
- boarding process.

Education and Experience

  • Educated to GCSE/A level or equivalent.
  • Excellent administration and organisation skills.
  • You will be a strong communicator and be able to work methodically.
  • Be selfmotivated.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Ideally you will already have some exposure to recruitment, whether that is within an agency or internally, however this is not crucial as full training will be given and all education levels will be considered.
