A company in Potters Bar are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a temp basis for 1 month. This is an office based position.

Duties**:


  • Assist the sales team with general admin Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely mannerMaintain the database and ensure records are accurate and compliantUpdating files with invoices, payments made and quotations

Person Spec:


  • Excellent communications skills both written & verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload
  • High attention to detail
  • IT Literate, confident use of MS Word and Excel
