We are a friendly, family-run independent audiology company with offices in Cambridge, and Saffron Walden.We currently have a vacancy for a loyal, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a full-time Front Desk Administrator.
This position offers the opportunity to make a significant difference to people's lives, in a Covid secure environment which protects our staff and clients.
Basic IT skills are needed as they would be required to manage and maintain electronic data containing sensitive and confidential information, and would need to use our office management system (along with other IT based systems) on a daily basis.

Examples of responsibilities include;
- General administration tasks including handling;
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Advising clients on treatment methods (training available)
- Managing the clinic schedule and bookings
- Accurately recording and inputting client data
- Checking client information
Applicants must have transport, and a right to work in the UK.
Minimum education requirement; Further Education (E-Levels, NVQs, BTECs all considered)

Salary:
£18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
