    Description

    An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in a leading care home located in County Antrim, Belfast area.

    This care home provides 24-hour dedicated nursing dementia care and has a team trained in caring for individuals with dementia or other memory issues.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional patient care
    • Develop and maintain well-structured care plans and risk assessments, adhering to regulatory frameworks
    • Maintain accurate patient records while utilizing modern technology
    • Oversee medicine management on shift, following company policies and legislation
    • Making timely decisions and taking action
    • Provide clinical guidance and support to team members
    • Make informed decisions and take prompt action
    • Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in accordance with the NMC Code

    Preferred Skills and Experience

    • Ability to lead a team, analyze problems, and propose solutions
    • Effective communication and professional relationship-building skills
    • Familiarity with IT and communication systems required for the role
    • Respect for values, views, and needs of others
    • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload
