Location:
Units 51 & 52, Westbrook Trading Estate, Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1AY
Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday _(Additional working hours may be required)_
Main duties & responsibilities:
Working within Internal Sales, you will be assisting the busy sales office in the Manchester branch in achieving the profitable sale of goods across our product range, up-selling as appropriate.
A key member of the team, you will be required to provide efficient response to incoming customer enquiries and orders, building a rapport and credibility with our customers.
Other responsibilities may include:
- Utilising the IT system to accurately identify, source and price items
- Recording enquiries, orders, invoices and other documentation
- Working with management and colleagues to identify improvements to services and products
- Assisting with purchasing tasks, including placing orders with suppliers
- Undertake adhoc duties as required
Knowledge & Skills requirements:
- Experience in a sales environment
- Willing and able to learn about and support new products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as numerical skills
