Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this luxury multi-brand retail business that prides itself with working with some of the largest, global branded & own label Home, Outdoor & Fashion brands.

They are looking for a HR Coordinator to be part of their busy HR function to support their stores on the continent.

Your responsibilities as a HR Coordinator will be -

Process employee changes and leavers in a timely manner
Prepare new starter contracts and other documentation
Work with the Recruitment team for effective and smooth onboarding
Review and update HR systems for accurate data and MI maintenance
Produce ad hoc reports for HR Advisors, HR Business Partners, managers and teams
Carry out audit and checking activities as required
Ensure accuracy of all data entered into systems in line with agreed processes and GDPR requirements

To be successful in this HR Coordinator you will need -

Previous experience in an admin role (not necessarily in HR but this would be desirable)
Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field and someone who is keen to start a career in HR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with Recruitment team, HR Advisors, HR Business Partners, managers and teams
Knowledge of HR systems and processes
Knowledge of GDPR requirements
