Accounts Administrator

Responsibilities and Duties
- Assisting other departments as and when required.
- Keeping track of jobs, when they have been paid/invoiced using Excel
- Dealing with managers from different sites.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with general inquiries.
- Data input to internal spreadsheets and systems.
- General filing/archiving and photocopying/scanning documents.
- Shredding confidential information.
- Maintain a clean and tidy office environment.
- Liaising with clients, and staff members of all levels in a professional manner
- Undertaking any other errands and tasks as may be reasonably required for any other departments
Person Specification and Experience
- At least two years experience in administration
- Experience in using Microsoft office packages and internal IT systems to a high standard
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, good common sense, and logical approach to work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to work with discretion at all times.
