Job Title:
Accounts Administrator


Location:
Greenhithe, Kent


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assisting other departments as and when required.
  • Keeping track of jobs, when they have been paid/invoiced using Excel
  • Dealing with managers from different sites.
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with general inquiries.
  • Data input to internal spreadsheets and systems.
  • General filing/archiving and photocopying/scanning documents.
  • Shredding confidential information.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy office environment.
  • Liaising with clients, and staff members of all levels in a professional manner
  • Undertaking any other errands and tasks as may be reasonably required for any other departments

Person Specification and Experience

  • At least two years experience in administration
  • Experience in using Microsoft office packages and internal IT systems to a high standard
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, good common sense, and logical approach to work.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to work with discretion at all times.
