Corporate Transformation Services (CTS)

Our highly respected Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) team is built on deep industry sector expertise with a demonstrably differentiated ability to address the most complex business problems and deliver dramatic and sustainable business performance improvements.

Focused on enterprise-wide change to help drive EBITDA and/or cash improvement, our highly experienced experts successfully work with clients in strategic transformation situations, for example, where an activist investor is looking for accelerated results, or where a company is looking to sustainably improve their earnings and profitability.

We help our clients navigate complex merger integrations and carve-outs and work for corporations across several industries including Retail, Consumer Products, Industrials, Manufacturing, Media, Hospitality and Pharmaceuticals.

The Opportunity

A&M CFO Services work with private equity held portfolio companies and corporate clients to provide solutions which preserve and generate value for their businesses.

Our goal is to improve transparency to key drivers and business performance, to support increasing cash and EBITDA, and to provide benefits through hands-on involvement in our clients' operations.

Our job is to support PE firms and corporate clients to ensure their portfolio companies have credible plans and the ability to execute and deliver financial outcomes.

CFO Services Provides the following pillar of services:

Liquidity & Working Capital Optimization
Strategic Analytics & Planning
Performance Measurement & Management
Business Transformation
Auxiliary Services: Accounting Remediation

Professional Expectations
Data Collection, Validation and Analysis

Identify, request, and process relevant data and information to complete factbased analyses
Validate all data used in calculations, reconcile models and reports individually and in aggregate
Compile findings into cogent and digestible spreadsheet templates and presentation slides

Project Management and Implementation

Execute operational tasks independently (e.g., development of tools / templates for client use, tasks requested by client, slide deck development, etc.)
Set up tools and to utilize client software / apps to access client data

Collaboratively work with other team members, offer knowledge sharing opportunities
View all interactions as a learning opportunity

Financial Acumen

Possess financial modelling experience and basic understanding of financial statements, treasury and cash management, understand cause / effect relationships to the trial balance accounts

Accreditation / Experience:

Graduate of accredited university with educational concentration in relevant areas (accounting, finance, economics) preferred but not required
24 years of experience related to: Accounting / Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or Private Equity
Experience in building integrated financial models and have strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
Fluency in one or more European languages is highly desirable
