Job description for Residential Property Paralegal

  • Working in a large team of fee earners
  • Assisting on and handling own case files, sales & purchases
  • Liaising with clients and third parties


  • Conducting searches

  • SDLT, TR1s
  • Contract exchanges
  • Postcompletion administration

Job skills required Residential Property Paralegal

  • Some legal qualifications (LLB, LLM, LPC or equivalent)
  • An interest in Residential Property law
  • Previous Paralegal experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent team player with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Able to commute to Manchester City Centre
