Our Product Designer is responsible for creating user-centric and visually appealing designs for our digital products.

The Product Designer is required to have a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, as well as a passion for creating elegant and functional solutions that meet user needs.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Collaborate with senior team members to create user personas and user journeys.
  • Iterate and optimise designs based of feedback.
  • Confidently communicate design decisions to stakeholders and squad members.
  • Contribute to user research planning and conduct usability testing to gather insights that guide design decisions and enhance product usability.
  • Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Support in the development of design documentation, including comprehensive style guides and design specifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design)
  • 1+ years' experience working as a Product designer or a similar role
  • Experience working in a UX/UI role, or something similar, ideally with a knowledge of user research methodology, concept testing and best practices
  • Creative problemsolving skills; empathetic and open minded to solving user problems.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and usability.

£35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
