Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented
Head of Connectivity - ICT to join our team in NEOM.

Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan.

It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

The Head of Connectivity (ICT) will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the connectivity strategy for the cognitive cities workstream of THE LINE project in NEOM.

Develop and implement the connectivity strategy for the cognitive cities workstream of THE LINE, including the design, deployment, and operation of the network infrastructure
Oversee the procurement and management of connectivity services
Work with other departments to ensure that the connectivity strategy meets the needs of all stakeholders
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners in the technology industry
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in connectivity technology
Lead a team of experienced connectivity professionals
Ensure that the connectivity infrastructure is aligned with the cognitive cities vision for THE LINE
Work with other departments to develop and implement innovative use cases for connectivity in cognitive cities

Degree in a related field, such as computer science, electrical engineering, or telecommunications
Prior years of experience in the telecommunications industry
Proven track record of delivering complex connectivity projects
Deep understanding of relevant technologies, such as 5G, hollowcore fibre etc.

A strong track record of delivering complex connectivity projects, a deep understanding of emerging technologies, and a passion for creating a better future through technology.

Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
