    A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified solicitor or junior lawyer to join our growing real estate consultancy business in Central London. We offer hybrid work arrangements and plenty of in-office perks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including T&Cs, licensing agreements, and supplier agreements.
    • Maintaining and updating legal templates, policies and procedures.
    • Providing clear, practical and robust advice that facilitates business needs while mitigating key risks and challenges.
    • Collaborating with other business areas and external counsel to ensure best practices across the organisation.

    Requirements

    • UK-qualified lawyer with NQ - 2 years' PQE gained in either a private practice or in-house environment.
    • Strong knowledge of commercial law is essential; experience in corporate, real estate, employment, litigation, or construction is beneficial.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Commercial awareness with a desire to learn new areas and skills.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
    • Confident and calm under pressure, adaptive and resilient to changes, with a positive can-do attitude.

    About the Role

    This is a newly created role that will support across the business, working closely with the sales, procurement, and operational teams. There will be ample support and development opportunities in this role.
