Resourcing and Talent Adviser (1 year FTC)

Manchester City Centre - Hybrid working - 2 days in office, 3 days from home

£26,500 - £30,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Resourcing and Talent Adviser for a not-for-profit company in Manchester City Centre.

Duties will include:

Coordinate recruitment campaigns
Develop job descriptions
Arrange recruitment advertising
Work closely with line managers to develop recruitment plans
Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion
Producing reports
Arranging venues for assessment centres and testing
Producing offer letters and contracts
Working closely with the wider HR team to ensure onboarding is completed
Proven track record of delivering recruitment campaigns
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Great organisational ability and attention to detail

Salary:
£26,500 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience

35 hours per week, flexitime

30 days holiday
