Office Secretary Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Transcribe notes from meetings and distribute them to relevant parties
- Act as a personal assistant to the management team, scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
- Coordinate projects with other departments and ensure timely completion
- Assist with medical office tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Use QuickBooks to manage financial records and generate reports
- Serve as a medical receptionist, greeting patients and answering their questions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an office clerk or secretary
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software preferred
- Experience in a medical office setting preferred

£19,037.00-£24,282.00 per year
