Cringleford - Norwich, NR4 6AU
Salary:
£26,000-£29,000 p.a. DOE
Contract:
Full time, Permanent
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5pm & Fridays 8am to 3pm

In order to help us continue our exciting growth into 2023, we are looking for an efficient, passionate, and dedicated
Data Analyst (DA) to provide data administration and management support to all departments within the company.
The DA will unlock the value of the data the business collects, and translate it into valuable insights that will help the company successes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inputting, crosschecking, exporting, maintenance, and cleaning of all sales lead data
- Working alongside Marketing team to help executing the marketing strategy
- Importing data manually into HubSpot when required
- Heritage data set categorisation and cleanse
- Managing Data Integrity changes caused by incorrect data input, ensuring that data is corrected and then followed up to address any root cause / future preventative actions etc.
- Building and maintaining the reporting environment in the CRM that will impact on business decisions (sales, industry, products, clients)
- Ensuring that data principles are followed and applied in line with general data protection regulations
- Responsible of keyword research, keyword analysis, Content trend Analysis & Supporting Social Media Strategy
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvements including process improvements and efficiencies
- Work closely with colleagues in sales, editorial and finance to improve existing data quality and maintenance
- CRM solution support
- Assisting the data visualisation projects
- Work with our events team to plan data acquisition for marketing purposes
- Adhoc data related duties data analysis
- Continuous research on data & insight platforms, tools, solutions for data best practices
Data Analyst - Experience and Personal Qualities:
The DA will build a knowledge and understanding of our segments, clients and users enabling to input data in consumer-friendly way and display data that is relevant to our different markets.
- Degree educated
- A keen learner
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and CRM's
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI
- Knowledge of Dax; content, analytical and social media platforms
- Able to manage and manipulate data.
- Competent at explaining complex technical information to nontechnical audiences and have strong timemanagement skills.
