Sterling Personnel are currently working alongside a specialist suppliers of innovative and quality packaging products, equipment and bespoke packaging solutions based in
Derbyshire (DE7).

Job Role:
Customer Service/Warehouse Assistant


Location:
Ilkeston, DE7


Hours:
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5pm


Salary:

DOE

Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult or irate customers
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

From £12.00 per hour
