Salary:
£42,646 - £46,565 per annum (SCP 36-39)

Contract:
Fixed term covering maternity leave

Work pattern:35 hours per week

Location:
Agile home-based worker covering Dumfries and Galloway. Flexibility will be required to travel to other areas as needed.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest developers of affordable housing in the UK.

The postholder will oversee projects on site and throughout the defects period.

They will provide advice to frontline teams and work with our development coordinators to support the delivery of our development programme.

Who are we looking for?
You'll have experience in delivering new build affordable housing and project management. We're looking for someone with a strong customer focus and the ability to manage their own workload.

You should also be a great team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
