    The Role:
    We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious recruiter to take ownership of the AV sector, working on both permanent and temporary placements.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the AV sector.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and placements.
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Source high-quality candidates using various recruitment methods including job boards, networking, and direct headhunting.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
    • Work towards and exceed set targets and KPIs.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within the AV sector or a related technical field.
    • A strong understanding of both permanent and temporary recruitment processes.
    • A track record of business development and achieving recruitment targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Possession of a passion for the AV industry and recruitment.
