New and exciting opportunity for immediate start
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Team Leader assistant role for our client in the Lancing area.

As a Team Leader assistant you will successfully implement and deliver client services, working positively with other teams and key personnel to successfully achieve a smooth operation while displaying a pro-active approach to any production changes.


Functions of the Team Leader Assistant:

  • Processing clients documents in accordance with specified processing rules.
  • Read and understand correspondence to ensure cases are dealt with in the correct manner.
  • Actively look for continuous improvement ideas within the Lancing site.
  • Providing relevant feedback to support your Senior Operator in regards to production issues.
  • Assist other Team Leaders to ensure all HR procedures are completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular feedback to Team Leader with regard to any daily work or staff issues that require addressing.
  • Provide friendly and meaningful customer service.

Full training provided.

Hours:
Full time, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30


Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
  • Ongoing Assignment
  • Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
  • Training Provided
