Administrator to support their

Supply Chain team. If you have strong administration background, attention to detail and competent on excel, we would love to hear from you.

Supply Chain Administrator Responsibilities:


  • Book transport requirements, land, sea and air, through the relevant service provider
  • Provide correct with shipping documentation for customs clearance and the customer
  • Monitor the process, keeping the customer informed and resolving any issues
  • Respond to request for transport quotations.
  • Resolve invoice queries relating to supplier costs
  • Ensure data records are recorded for each order movement
  • Raising purchase orders for operational consumables
  • Matching supplier's invoices to booking documentation
  • Assist other team members during times of absence
  • Raise weekly and monthly Purchase Orders for suppliers
  • Submit orders to suppliers using RADAR and update order statuses on RADAR (twice weekly)
  • Provide updates on delivery times

Hours:
Full time - Monday to Friday


Key Requirements and Preferences:


  • General administration experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and organised
  • Flexibility and a team player
  • Strong IT skills and competency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
