Job summary
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Technician (Electrical) to work as part of our team at Exeter University providing both planned and responsive maintenance service specializing in electrical and mechanical repairs. Key responsibilities include undertaking maintenance within residences in a safe working environment assessing all Health and Safety issues before work commences reporting any hazards identified to the relevant Manager carrying out reactive maintenance in accordance with Service Level Agreement providing front line response for all fabric work maintaining accurate records of breakdownsand maintenance repairs including records for statutory compliance taking lead in electrical stock management ensuring appropriate parts are held available to meet SLA timescales for repair assisting team colleagues other trades required developing cross-trade skills sharing participating in an on-call rota.
Responsibilities
