Crimson Tide mpro Limited has an exciting opportunity available for a
Business Analyst to join our team based in
Tunbridge Wells. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you willreceive a competitive salary of
£35,000-£45,000 per annum plus benefits, depending on experience.

This role is hybrid, with two to three days based in the office.

What will you be doing as our Business Analyst?
As a Business Analyst, you will work alongside the Implementation and Customer success team, gathering requirements for new and existing customers, scoping software, report and dashboard requirements


Your responsibilities as our Business Analyst will include:

• Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs
• Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and ontime delivery of project tasks and milestones;following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships.
• Identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results.
• Present and explain our SaaS product portfolio to our clients.
• Develop new structures, documentation and processes to drive efficiency.
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizingand capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities.
• Provide projectlevel analysis producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
• Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.
• Serve as a liaison between Development and Implementation to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations
• Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
• Demonstrable ability to hold functional level technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Functional integration points, workflows)
• Demonstrable experience in planning, milestone setting and progress tracking.
