Contract Type: Permanent

ISS UK is embarking on the next phase of data charters within the Finance and Payroll Transformation programs. This involves achieving defined outcomes aligned with project scope driven by the UK & Group. The Data Management & Analytics Lead will be responsible for designing solutions to manage core data for the Global Finance Data Model and Payroll Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain best practices for data management, governance, and stewardship
Conduct hands-on analysis of datasets through data profiling and cleansing tools
Build relationships with stakeholders to create data-driven solutions
Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement necessary changes
Participate in other tasks and projects as required

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in Master Data Management principles and practical implementation of data quality and governance
Practical experience in data manipulation and analysis using Excel and other tools
Experience in large-scale Transformation Programs within a complex organization
Experience with ETL processes and BI solutions like Tableau
Persistently overcome challenges by delivering solutions and gathering consensus from stakeholders
