Role Purpose
To work across all areas of production, supported by the Production Lead, to deliver the plan
100% on time and in full, to the highest quality standards. Ensuring high levels of safety and
compliance throughout.
Accountabilities
- Be a cross functional team member, working across all areas of production.
- Ensure all product quality is 100%. Carry out all required quality checks as per SOPs. Tracking any nonconformance and ensuring appropriate root cause analysis is carried out to avoid repeat occurrences.
- Carry out/ support distillation and liquid batch preparation.
- Bottling process manual and on bottling line, ensuring accurate recording of assemblies and any damages.
- Sub assembly and rework tasks as per the plan, ensuring accurate picking and recording.
- Pick and pack of all E
- Commerce orders, including Amazon, ensuring accurate picking and highquality presentation of packaging.
- General housekeeping of all production areas
- Key user of ERP for production
- Participate in month and year end stock counts for liquid, finished and dry goods.
- Conduct safety audits for the department, ensuring near miss and accident reporting is completed.
- Participate in food safety audits (internal and external) always ensuring 100% compliance.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on all required kit within the department, including FLT.
- Participate in improvement projects for the department.
- Support NPD process
- Create and update product specs, ensuring accurate retain samples are held
- Any other tasks deemed necessary by Production Lead/ Head of Operations.
Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
