Customer Support Representative


Duties:


  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Upsell products or services to customers when applicable.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information.

Skills:


  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages.
  • Salesoriented mindset with the ability to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in a customer support or call center role is preferred.
