Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Buyer.

As an Assistant Buyer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our purchasing department and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.


Responsibilities:

• Range planning processes, including strategies, controls, selection and

finalisation

• Liaising with brands, suppliers, wholesalers & other stakeholders
• Liaising with customer services to resolve product queries
• Dealing with shipping and freight
• Monitoring supplier rebates
• Help find new sources of stock for your category
• Taking part in managing suppliers, including obtaining quotes and samples
• Management of slowmoving and discontinued stock.
• Creating and maintaining buying plans
• Produce content briefs, ensuring accurate product dates, descriptions, and copy
• Management of Extended Producer Responsibility Regulations

Experience:

• Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Experience with logistics and shipping processes is a plus
