Admin Officer
Location:
Adelaide Street, Belfast, and Cloughfern Avenue. Newtownabbey
Hours of work: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary range:
£10.98
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Reports for Senior Managements.
- Data-Entry.
- Responding to customer enquiries via E-Mail.
- Responding to Internal and External stakeholders via Telephone. This will include Being able to communicate on the phone with tenants and operatives.
- To be proficient in IT/Telephony technology and be able to pick up different organisational software.
Essential:
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- At least 4 GCSEs including English and Maths.
- IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency at a beginner level.
Additional Information:
A Basic Access NI Check is Required at a cost of £18.
