Description
A pan-European real estate investment manager are recruiting an Investment Modelling Analyst.


The Investment Modelling Analyst will design, build, govern and the businesses investment models including those used for transactions and business planning at the asset and Fund level.

The models need to be configured to send and receive data from existingsystems and respect international investment specifics.

  • Building strong relationships with the investment teams to ensure models meet their requirements
  • Provide highquality, user friendly, modelling solutions to meet our diverse, global, requirements
  • Support delivery, develop capabilities and share knowledge on solutions and best practice techniques across the investment teams
  • Provide regular governance checks over models in use
  • Create documentation to explain governance procedures
  • Using visualisation and analytical software (such as Power BI) to drive insights from data to inform client decisions
  • Transaction modelling such as valuations and appraisals

Person Specification:

  • Experienced in real estate modelling
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and SQL experience, and linking Excel data to 3rd party tools
  • Experience scoping, designing and building financial models
  • Strong communication skills to be able to describe complex technical issues in a clear and nontechnical way
