Connells Group is a leading organisation in the UK property and land acquisition market. We are seeking a skilled Head of Business Development to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive business growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring deals, collaborating with our Operations team, and preparing detailed reports for our Board.

Key Responsibilities:

Structure deals and work alongside the Head of Deal Advisory on all due diligence workstreams.
Collaborate with the Operations team to integrate businesses.
Prepare detailed reports and analysis for the Board, including tracking newly acquired business performance against the original business case.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced M&A Business Development professional with a proven track record of managing deal flow from origination to integration.

At least 10 years' experience within a fast-paced commercial/sales environment.
Strong existing network in the Real Estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of the UK estate agency market.

What We Offer
