What you will be doing

A fantastic and exciting role working across two great clients - if you are an audiophile and into fashion, this is the role for you A unique mix of day-to-day responsibilities supporting with both central campaign planning/buying and overseeing campaigns across in-market and digital teams.

The teams you will work with are welcoming, friendly and very close-knit. The clients consider us an extension of their team, so a very nice partnership relationship. Truly a one-of-a-kind opportunity

The difference you'll make- Supporting the Account Managers and Account Directors on development of tactical global media recommendations: plan, rationale and presentations- Liaising directly with Media Owners and network agencies to organise meetings and manage campaign bookings from booked to live date- Building Relationships with Media Owners and internal agencies to learn about the services they provide and sharing useful updates with the wider team- Providing external stakeholders with accurate and relevant plan details (Clients, Media Owners and Creative Agencies)- Coordinating, managing, and supporting local markets with requests and queries- Finance Management for booked activity.

From ensuring invoices have been raised to adding campaigns on the internal booking systems and ensuring internal database of all activity is recorded and updated

What you'll bring- Strong MS Office skills- Ability to manage tasks and responsibilities across 2 teams- Ability to prove you have a keen eye for detail as this is imperative- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

It would also be nice for you to have- Knowledge of finance/accounts- Knowledge of campaigns
