Gi Group are searching for a Branch Manager to spearhead a team of recruiters from the front by coaching, guiding and directing the sales culture and financial delivery of your Branch.


Reporting into Daniel, Operations Manager we are looking for someone that has a desire to build upon their career with a company that value diversity and inclusion, someone that is looking for a better work/life balance and someone that enjoys being partof a sociable team.

This role is about driving your branch forward in delivering performance results against budget, all the time managing your team to be successful.


This branch is mainly focused on industrial placements and therefore would suit someone that comes from a similar environment and appreciates what it takes to sustain and grow the branch in this challenging but rewarding industry.


The role of Branch Manager in this well established branch would suit an already experienced Branch Manager, or a Senior Recruitment consultant looking for a role where they can develop their career further.

Branch Manager Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Responsible for your locations P&L, Compliance and sales performance.
  • Ensure consistent personal and team achievement of both financial & activity targets agreed and set, to include monthly Invoiced Revenue, average Fee Value, applicant interviews Attended, other Weekly KPI's as required
  • Ensure competitive & profitable fees negotiated in line with company pricing directives
  • Minimise aged debt within the Pod by ensuring credit checks completed in line with company policy and T&C's issued to all customers.
  • Ensure credits raised do not exceed the acceptable level as per company and / or company standard.
  • Participate in the annual budget setting process.
  • Identify and manage own team portfolio of prospect target accounts ensuring agreed activity is completed and conversion of accounts is achieved.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of team sales targets agreed and set, to include sales Calls, visits, conversions
  • Securing new vacancies via selling and business development.
  • Maximise 'Cross Sell' opportunities for all Group Brands
  • Identify competitor information and use it to your advantage
  • Remaining compliant in order to protect our business and that of our clients.
  • Organise/attend/participate in team meetings & individual review meetings.
  • Attend and participate in Team Meetings as required

Branch Manager Skills

  • Previous experience managing a recruitment team would be ideal but not essential
  • Understanding of profit and loss
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Logical and analytical approach to providing solutions.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Responsibilities may require occasional travel to other offices
