Red Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting Quality Assessors to join a fully integrated energy infrastructure company located in Bolton.

This role requires checking the compliance and performance of team members. The salary is £27,000 per annum and contains many benefits including a cycle scheme and life cover.

  • Friday, shifts between 8am 8pm

  • Hybrid working options are available after the probation period

Key Responsibilities of a Quality Assessor:

  • Assessing the quality and performance of telephone calls to ensure great customer service
  • Identifying compliance failures and providing coaching and support
  • Arranging calibration sessions with colleagues to standardize the way calls are assessed
  • Completing coaching documentation for team leaders
  • Providing mentoring for new starters

Key Skills and Experience of a Quality Assessor:

  • Previous experience working within a Contact Centre is required
  • Ability to work well under pressure whilst achieving deadlines
  • Previous coaching/training experience is desirable
  • Analytical thinking skills are required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role
