Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide IT support for circa 100 desktops, laptops and terminals, and 20+ servers/VMs
  • To build/rebuild and provision desktop or laptop computers
  • Utilise relevant experience to maintain internal infrastructure consisting of VMware, SAN, MS Servers, MS Active Director, Office Applications and Windows Enterprise clients.
  • Respond to internal requests for LAN, WAN, phone, printing, general IT and Desktop PC support.

Key skills:

  • Previous experience in an IT support role is essential.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint (Office 365)
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Ability to program in at least one language eg Visual Basic and
  • Familiarity with enterprise level hardware (PCs, Macs, printers, webcams, routers, switches)
  • Experience of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NTFS Permissions and Group Policies

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
