Prose on Pixels is an integrated global content at scale agency built to address the marketing challenges of today and deliver meaningful content into the future.

We have studios in London, New York, Paris, Chennai, and Chicago - this will be followed by further studios across Europe, Australia, China, Latin America and the west coast of the US and we work with some of the world's most iconic brands.

Our capabilities span film, audio, print, photographic and digital content production, encompassing content origination talent and a wide range of post-production facilities.

The Prose on Pixels team sit within key Havas locations. This role will be based out of Havas' HKX building, in King's Cross.

You will be required to frequently attend meetings with the client in Holborn/Chancery Lane, and potentially work out of their office as/when required.

About the role

You will run the day-to-day for a small team of integrated Accounts, Project Managers and Designers on up to three of Prose on Pixels' London-based clients.

You'll be working within the team supporting on two or three of our accounts.

A major retail client - consisting of a lead, halo brand, and a number of sub brands, where we handle all print POS for each of their brands.

You will also work on a earth-moving equipment manufacturer brand where we produce press ads across the globe.

And an athletic shoe and performance sportswear company supporting them with creation and adaptation of various digital and/or social campaigns.

Relationship management is incredibly key to this role.

Our clients are fast paced, complex and lovely people(), so we will need you to be ready and happy to regularly interact with stakeholders from different areas off the business.

You will work closely with Brand and Product teams across a number of sub brands to ensure consistency, brand guardianship and diligent knowledge sharing.

This will all be achieved within tight timelines.

This is a not a task that we expect you to take on alone.

You will assist a team who will support the delivery of projects through the peaks and troughs of the client's content calendar.

Ultimately, your responsibilities will be:

Brief trafficking and respond to all client requests in a timely manner
Project ownership by ensuring a smooth and successful workflow from brief to delivery
Maintaining and building strong relationships with junior to midlevel clients through constant communication and creative thinking
Forging strong working relationships with Prose on Pixels departments, ensuring the smooth flow of work to/from the studio and any upcoming/future/pipeline of potential work
Working via an online workflow and resource management system to create and update project documentation including project briefing documents, schedules and budgets
Update Project Status Trackers & Timesheets to warrant a clear reporting line both internally and externally
Supporting the Account Director on financial management this can include WIP management, PO recovery and billing instructions
Attending all client status meetings and reporting regularly
