Do you have experience in working with guests/customers ? If so, we are a looking for a welcoming and friendly individual to join our small, friendly team covering Office & Housekeeping duties.


Office & housekeeping duties vary but you will be liaising with our guests and will need to be presentable, organised and competent with computer systems.


You need to have good customer service skills and be calm under pressure when we have busy days and you may be required to assist with housekeeping duties on these days.

Office Duties ( Tues & Wed 9am - 5pm and covering holiday when required) will include:
Checking the booking system and updating our file ensuring all records are kept up to date.

Dealing with any on site queries that are raised by our guests in a calm and professional manner.

Housekeeping Duties ( Mon & Fri 9am - 4pm when required ) will include:

Cleaning a lodge paying attention to detail, changing the bedding, checking the inventory, checking for damages & reporting them to the office, ensuring the lodge is left clean and tidy for our incoming guests.

This position offers hours throughout the winter.

Experience in a similar role will be advantageous, however full training will be provided.
