Entry into Service Team Leader to join our team and lead the way in delivering outstanding service experiences to our valued customers.

Hours: 37.5 per week


Salary:
£33, £35,226.32 Pro Rata (CGL points dependent on experience


Responsibilities:


About the Role:


As a team leader, your responsibilities encompass operational line management, including supervision with reflective practice, appraisal, performance, and sickness management.

You'll also ensure that staff adhere to CGL and external policies relevant to their roles.


Empowering your team is crucial, fostering an environment that promotes hope, empowerment, choices, control, and opportunities, ultimately helping service users realise their full potential as individuals and community members.


Collaborating with your team and the Designated Safeguarding Lead, you'll ensure that practices within the team/service effectively identify service users, children, and families at risk, and that staff are proficient in delivering interventions that reduce risk.


Supporting staff to enhance service user outcomes through observed practice and timely, values-based feedback is a key part of your role.


About You:

Your qualifications include being educated to degree level or substantive and relevant experience of working in this sector.


You bring a wealth of skills and qualities to the table, including the proficiency to lead, inspire, and foster team development.

Your expertise extends to cultivating positive working cultures and relationships that are firmly grounded in CGL's core values.

You've demonstrated your ability to communicate effectively across a range of formats, ensuring your message reaches a diverse audience.
