As part of our expansion, _Crypto Gambling News_ is hiring an editor to join our dynamic writing team.As an editor at _Crypto Gambling News_, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a mix of the latest news and well-researched original content from the fast-moving world of crypto and crypto gambling.
Start date: 24 April 2023
Responsibilities include:
- Manage daytoday running of _Crypto Gambling News_ ensuring upload of new highquality articles daily
- Oversee news department of _Crypto Gambling News_, guiding editorial staff to ensure publishing of quality news
- Establish and manage editorial calendar, conduct weekly editorial meetings, assign stories to individual reporters
- Serve as a liaison between CEO and editorial staff
- Proofread and edit material to consistently high standard
- Train editorial staff in SEO best practices resulting to optimise traffic and reader engagement
Requirements and qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an editor
- Experience of the standard style and conventions of news writing
- Editing skills with a demonstrable portfolio of published work
- Knowledge of the crypto gambling and gaming scene including defi, metaverse, etc. is preferable
- Able to work a daily time block (same time everyday)
