    Shift Manager Role

    We're looking for a reliable Shift Manager to join our team.

    As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing shop operations when the Manager is not present. You will lead and motivate the team, ensuring they have everything needed to excel in their roles.

    Our customers interact with us through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. Your role involves ensuring seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.

    No two shifts are alike, but your typical duties may include:

    1. Motivating the team to achieve excellent results and maintain high standards.
    2. Serving customers promptly and providing exceptional service.
    3. Preparing popular items, such as sandwiches, and managing ovens.
    4. Ensuring displays are fully stocked and offering diverse options for customers.
    5. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and inviting shop environment.
