Marketing Assistant

£22,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary per annum

Role Purpose:


The role includes:


  • Writing, planning, scheduling, producing and monitoring social media content on Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram to effectively promote the Company's offerings.
  • Designing leaflets, e.signatures, digital adverts and material for social media campaigns/content.
  • Working with our colleagues at our headquarters to maintain the website with case studies, news and updates to ensure all information is always up to date.
  • Producing staff and customer communications including e.bulletins and newsletters
  • Sourcing suitable merchandising items, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining stock levels and distributing across the company.
  • Coordinating UK's CPD offering, handling enquiries, liaising with Royal Institute of British Architects and updating Company materials where appropriate.
  • Monitoring and updating external websites has a presence.
  • Managing the stock control and distribution of brochures, leaflets and price lists.
  • Analysis of marketing activity using Google Analytics, e.bulletin analysis and PR reports and recommending changes to Marketing Manager where necessary.
  • Managing staff intranet marketing pages and support other departments in maximizing the use of the intranet.
  • Previous experience of B2B marketing activities.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing with experience across a wide range of social media platforms.
  • Proven ability to write interesting and relevant content which has resulted in engagement.
  • Excellent IT skills to include Word, Excel, Photoshop, Publisher, Powerpoint, Canva
  • Excellent written English skills is essential alongside a high level of attention to detail. Also have the ability to be methodical in your approach and work alongside brand guidelines.
  • Ability to use initiative/creativity to resolve problems and create solutions.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and organise work to achieve objectives on time.
