Head of B2C Growth / Head of Acquisition will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2C marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms such as; SEO, content, CRM, performance marketing, and social media to drive business expansion and increase revenue.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets.
• Collaborate with teams, including marketing, sales, PPC, and operations teams, to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives and priorities.
• Manage and mentor a tightly knit but talented marketing team, fostering a highperformance culture and continuous growth.
• Regularly assess, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and return on ad spend.
• Analyse data and provide insights to inform decisionmaking and optimize marketing efforts.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.

Head of B2C Growth / Head of Acquisition must have:

• Proven experience working in glasses ecommerce must have.
• Proven experience as a Growth Marketer within a B2C scale up / start up environment.
• Demonstrated success in handson execution of marketing strategies, showcasing the ability to manage key marketing initiatives and campaigns directly.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; experience with Google Analytics etc.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns efficiently.
