Description

At MSI UK, we know that our most valuable asset is our people, and our success depends on our ability to do things well and enjoy what we do, as we provide the best possible care and support to our clients.

Being one of the world's leading providers of sexual and reproductive healthcare, we have a simple vision: to empower clients to make the reproductive choices that are right for them.

Only when choice is a reality for each of us, can we create a better, more equal world for everyone.

Our client-centred care philosophy means respecting our clients as active partners in their own service, caring about who our clients are, their experiences, and how they feel before, during and after they access care with us.

What is a Clinical Practitioner?

As a Clinical Practitioner you will support our clients with our 24-hour advice line and will be responsible for assessing them pre and post-treatment, advising on the next steps and referring them on to further care when appropriate.

You will share our vision of making choice a reality for everyone. You must be pro-choice on abortion and an advocate of our mission 'Your Body, Your Choice, Your Future'.

Working within an established, well-led and supportive team, you will be liaising and educating clients over the telephone predominantly focussing on their aftercare needs, aligning to our Pre-Existing Conditions guidelines.

You will triage clients and liaise with clinics and external health professionals, to ensure the clients concerns are understood and providing a reassuring and empathetic clinical service.

As a Clinical Practitioner, you will be provided with bespoke training, tailored to your role to equip you in assisting with safe and effective abortion and vasectomy aftercare to our clients.

You can expect to work in a client-centred, and fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will be encouraged and empowered to develop and strengthen your clinical and professional skills.
