In this role, you will:


  • Assist with monthly and weekly bills runs to ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of billing.
  • Continually strive to improve processes and controls currently in place, to drive the customer experience,
  • Run regular reports and analyse data to identify all revenue assurance concerns and resolve.
  • Liaise with other departments of the business and any third parties to help answer customer queries.
  • Produce billing KPIs.
  • Review call alerts and help identify any potential fraudulent calls or issue.
  • Produce direct debit files and present to third parties, as well as perform analysis of direct debit.
  • Manage and action billing cases and credit requests, looking for trends and issues.
  • Perform adhoc reconciliations, reporting and analysis as required.

To be successful, you should have:

  • Top notch Excel skills
  • ideally to an intermediate-advanced level (e.g. confident in use of pivot table, Vlookups, Power BI)
  • A keen eye for detail, with an analytical and methodical approach. You will be someone who makes sure it's right the first time and uses any mistakes to learn and improve.
  • A curious mindset, you are not afraid to research and challenge the processes to ensure they are working as efficiently as possible.
  • Proven experience of working within a team and independently
  • The ability to prioritise workload in order to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Experience in Telecommunications / broadband (desirable not essential)
  • An understanding of billing and provisioning (desirable not essential)
  • An awareness of Ofcom regulations and requirements (desirable not essential)

Hours and location:


  • Based in our vibrant office in Whiteley, near Fareham.

  • Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm.

£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
