£18,500**The Hales Group are recruiting for an Accommodation Coordinator to join our client based in Lowestoft. This role is for the commercially focused, the quick thinkers and the customer obsessed. You will be responsible for taking customer feedback on boardand discussing with owners any opportunities to enhance and improve the overall quality.

Roles and responsibilities

Ensuring all work tasks related to house quality into the quality function are fully serviced and volume of action plans with owners are in line with expectations
Utilising in house tools to commercially analyse performance
Ensuring all data is collected and updated as needed
Working with the owner to formulate an action plan that will benefit the guest and owner for long term
Confidently able to solve complex issues and concerns of homeowners
Ability to quickly build rapport and relationship with owners
Able to identify opportunities to maximise revenue for homeowners and sell in the benefits for mutual results
Using data analysis to identify properties that require support
Support the delivery of new processes and projects
Meeting and exceeding KPIs, targets and team SLAs
Work in a collaborative nature across the wider business with an innovative approach to problem solving and better working practices
