AutoFit (Sussex) Ltd is an established, independent Service Centre. We've been looking after our customers in Southwick (Brighton) and the surrounding area since 2003. We are currently looking for a customer-facing Service Advisor. We are an independent Servicing and MOT centre for all makes of cars and light vans, using the latest diagnostics. We pride ourselves on our high standard of customer service, you will need to be able to think on your feet and willing to take ownership of this position.

The applicant should have good customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work as a team. Some IT skills is an advantage but training will be given on the motor trade specific software we use.


Your Roll as a service advisor

• You will be customer friendly and ensure you give the best service to customers
• Telephone answering and dealing with customer enquiries
• Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles, advising on duration of repairs
• Basic admin duties

Requirements:

• You will need knowledge of the motor trade
• Be able to work within a team
• You will be smartly presented
• Good attitude and work ethic
• Must have a valid driving licence

Salary:
£22,000 to £32,000 per annum (based on experience)

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
**alternate Saturday mornings between 8.30am to 12.30 pm
