HGV 1 drivers Needed in Thornbury BS35 3UT

Exciting opportunities are available at the Gist depot in Thornbury, Pertemps are based on-site at the depot and can offer start time and days to suit your lifestyle.


We are offering an hourly rate of:
Mon-Fri Days £16.18 PAYE
Mon-Fri Nights £19.42 PAYE
Saturday Day £19.42 PAYE
Saturday Night £21.03 PAYE
Sunday Day £19.42 PAYE
Sunday Night £21.03 PAYE
As a HGV 1 Driver your duties will include:
Carrying out HGV 1 store deliveries and trunking work to a major supermarket chain
Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to stores and collections from suppliers
Responsible for vehicle checks before leaving the depot.
The ideal HGV 1 Driver will have the following skills and experiences:
Available to work on Saturday or Sunday
Valid HGV 1 licence (minimum 18 months of experience)
No more than 6 points / DD or DR for insurance purposes.
HGV 1 Digi card tacho experience.
Reliable and flexible.
