Do you enjoy providing first class customer service as well as completing supporting administration? Are you looking to use these skills working in a friendly and supportive office environment in Borehamwood? We are looking for a Customer Service Administratorto join an established team, working as part of a larger group.

You will be first point of contact over the phone for customers and clients and ensuring that service is delivered in a timely and professional manner.


  • Contacting customers to book requested appointments
  • Updating systems and coordinating diaries
  • Checking and amending information on inhouse systems
  • Providing the highest level of customer service, working to Service Level Agreements
